Complete Support Group is a group of companies based at Albion Road, Handsworth, Birmingham, B21 8BG. Together the group provides property maintenance, care services (through INT Care Solutions, registered with the Care Quality Commission) and housing services (through Anchor Housing).

We collect only what we need to respond to you and provide our services:

• Enquiry details you send us — your name, contact details, company (if you give it) and the message you write, submitted through our enquiry form or by phone or email.
• Service and tenancy records — where you become a client, tenant or resident, we keep the records needed to deliver that service safely and lawfully.
• Basic website usage — our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We collect only the standard technical information any web server records (such as the page requested and time of visit).

We use enquiry details to respond to your enquiry and, where you go on to use a service, to deliver it. Where care is provided, health and care records are handled under strict confidentiality duties and used only to deliver and review your care.

Our legal bases are: taking steps at your request before entering a contract; performing the contract itself; our legal obligations (for example landlord compliance and CQC registration requirements); and, in care settings, the vital interests of the people we support.

We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only where necessary: with the companies in the group when your enquiry or service involves more than one of them; with service providers who process data for us (such as our email provider, which delivers enquiry notifications to us); and with authorities or regulators where the law requires it, including the Care Quality Commission for care services.

Enquiries that don't become services are kept only as long as useful to follow them up, then deleted. Service, tenancy and care records are kept for the periods required by law and our regulators — care records, for example, in line with health and social care retention requirements.

This website uses only essential cookies needed for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies, social media trackers or analytics cookies that follow you around the internet, so there is no cookie consent banner to click through.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to: ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you; ask us to correct anything inaccurate; ask us to delete information in some circumstances; object to or restrict some processing; and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your information.
