Supported accommodation is more than a room. It's a home for someone rebuilding their life — after homelessness, hospital, care or a period of crisis — combined with the right level of support to keep them there. We provide furnished, well-kept homes across Birmingham and manage them directly, with support shaped around each resident.

Homes are prepared to a standard we'd accept for our own families: clean, safe, warm, with working heating, tested electrics and decent decoration before anyone moves in. That's not a promise we outsource — the maintenance company inside our group does the work.

Support levels vary. Some residents need occasional check-ins and help with tenancy skills; others need structured support with daily living. Where care needs are identified, INT Care Solutions — our CQC regulated care company — provides trained, DBS-checked carers, so support scales up without a change of provider.

We work with referral partners across Birmingham including local authorities, social workers and community organisations, and we're always glad to hear from new partners who need reliable beds with real support behind them.

Alongside our own housing, Anchor Housing handles residential and commercial lettings and sales. Landlords who work with us get property management backed by an in-house maintenance team — gas safety, electrical testing, voids and repairs on one contract, with tenants who see the same faces at every visit.
